- Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared to help you monitor your order.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are carefully curated fabrics, we currently accept returns only in specific cases.
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive an incorrect item
Conditions for return:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is required as proof
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- A replacement will be provided if the same product is available
- If not, a refund will be initiated
Refund details:
